主要是and的用法我不大会,后边用不用加上“be willing to”或"are willing to"?最好再帮忙说明一下and的用法,比如说“我打开了这瓶酒并且喝光了它”,说：
I opened it and drunk up it.还是I opened it and drinking up it.比较好?

and 是并列连词 应该并列两个平行结构
所以你的句子 and后 并列的是谓语 即与 make a decision并列
所以应该在and 后面加are
即 Once you make a decision and are willing to endeavor for it,the universe conspires to make it happen.
同样 我打开了这瓶酒并且喝光了它 应该是I opened it and drank it up .
