Jack is trying to spread his new idea to the schools willing to use the money for this new idea.
willing 是什么用法?是不是省略了who are ,这是定语从句吧 ,
并请给出其它例句以说明.
这是我改编了一下的句子,原句子为:
Now,Joe Gauld is trying to spread his controversial Character First idea to public,inner-city schools willing to use the tax dollars spent on the traditional program for the new approach.

两个句子的willing to 都是定语,修饰前面的school的,相当于一个定语从句,who are willing to.
第二个句子的spent是过去分词短语做定语,修饰dollars的.由于是做定语,故也可以看做是个定语从句which can be spent
